  • Complete SHOW SURVEY: June 1

  • Update PRODUCT FILE: June 14

  • Submit SHOW SPECIALS: June 14

  • Submit final DISCONTINUED LIST: June 14

  • Share NEW ELECTRONIC CATALOG/PRICE LIST: June 14

  • Deliver all SHOWROOM SAMPLES: June 14

  • Deliver all PRINTED CATALOGS to showrooms: June 26

MARKET DATES:

  • Seattle: July 24 - 28

Important: Vendor Show Survey due by June 1

  • We need the following quantities shipped to the showroom along with your samples:

    Seattle: 40 copies

    Deadline June 26

    If you are not able to provide us with printed catalogs for the show season, please plan on sending AT LEAST one master catalog with prices and casepacks (barcodes are a plus) per showroom.

    If you are not able to provide us with a master copy for each showroom, please get in touch with Anna so that we can arrange the printing of color master catalogs on your behalf. We’ll invoice you back for the cost of printing plus a handling fee of $25.

Common answers to your most pressing order-writing questions at the shows:

  • It’s our goal to have all orders written by our reps on their iPads. There might be moments during the show when everyone will be busy with accounts (we hope so!). When that happens, we’ll kindly ask you to grab an order form and write your own order.

    If you are interested in obtaining a temporary MarketTime license to write orders during the show on your own device, please let us know. There are some important set up pieces that you can do ahead of arriving at the showroom. Please email jess@keenaco.com by Friday June 30 and she will guide you through the process.

  • If you are writing orders, please be sure to collect complete credit card information. We know it’s easier to say “your rep will call you for payment” but why add a step that might lead to delays or cancellations?

  • It takes a few days after major shows for the reps to confirm their orders. Please be patient while the team confirms ship dates, gathers credit card info, adds notes, etc. We’ll confirm and transmit orders as soon as we can.

  • All business cards, leads and handwritten orders must be turned into Keena at the end of the show. Be sure to write the name of your line and any specifics about the inquiry on the card. Please hand it to the person staffing the front desk throughout the day. No exceptions, please.

  • Specials are encouraged and are highly effective in boosting sales during the shows.

    Examples of effective show specials as follows:

    ● orders above $350 get a 5% freight cap

    ● orders above $700 get free shipping

    ● orders above $1,200 get a 5% discount + free shipping

    ● new accounts get a 10% discount on their first order

  • The three first days of each show are the busiest ones: For Seattle July 24 - 26.
